Software Engineer — .NET / C#
CaseGlide · St. Petersburg, FL · Remote-Friendly · Full-Time
ABOUT CASEGLIDE
CaseGlide is a litigation intelligence platform used by insurance companies and corporate claims departments to manage their legal portfolios. Our software helps 15+ clients — including national insurers, specialty carriers and Fortune 500 companies — track cases, control legal spend, and drive better litigation outcomes. We've helped clients save tens of millions of dollars in legal costs, and we're still growing.
We're a small, focused team. There's no politics, no layers. Your work ships to real clients immediately and has real consequences. If that sounds appealing, read on.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a software engineer who is comfortable living in an existing codebase — reading unfamiliar code, diagnosing bugs, making targeted fixes, and shipping with confidence. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a production platform that's actively used every day.
This is not a greenfield role. The architecture exists. The patterns are established. Your job is to understand them, work within them, and make things better over time.
You'll report to our VP of Engineering with direct access to the CEO. We use AI-assisted development tools extensively (Claude Code) — comfort with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Reports to: Charles Kirker, VP of Engineering, with direct access to Wes Todd, CEO.
HOW TO APPLY
Submit your resume and a brief note on your .NET background. We don't need a cover letter, but tell us something specific — a type of system you've worked in, a bug you're proud of tracking down, or why this role makes sense for where you are right now.
CaseGlide is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
